Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has spoken to the American public and reiterated his priorities in the run-up to the presidency.
Despite saying the counting of ballots has not been completed yet, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Bide has said the sign of victory is the key to a solution to the coronation, discrimination and climate change among other things.
The candidate made the remarks as there was a sign of victory in key constituencies, while his opponent continued to complain about the playing of the shelves, urging the states to suspend the counting of votes.
So far Biden needs six votes for the 270 state delegates required to enter the White House. In the state of Arizona where 94 percent of the vote is counted, Biden has 49.9 percent and Trump 48.6 percent.
Pennsylavania where they are at 96 percent Trump has 49.2 percent and Biden 49.5. Georgia where 99 per cent Biden is 49.5 per cent and Trump, 49.4 North Carolina is 98 per cent and Trump gets 50.0 per cent Biden if 48.6, Nevada 93 per cent Trump gets 48.0 and Biden 49.8.
