Security has been beefed up with Joe Biden starting Friday when it is expected that he may be declared the winner, according to a Washington press release.
Mr Biden will be given more security officers after his campaign team told the relevant department that he could deliver a keynote address on Friday, the newspaper quoted quoting people as aware of the plans.
Mr Biden and his campaign team have been stationed in Wilmington, Delaware.
