The High Court Judge who condemned the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) chief, George Kinoti, to a four-month prison term at the Kamiti Maximum Prison, presently guarantees that his life is in harm's way.
While conveying the decision on Thursday, November 18, Justice Anthony Mrima expressed he had been undermined by some senior state officials for supposedly making negative decisions against the state.
The Judge, nonetheless, didn't make reference to the case that had prompted the dangers on his life. He uncovered that a messenger had requested that he quit being close to home when making his decisions.

"As of late I dealt with a matter and gave a few orders. The orders were coordinated towards some senior state officials. I was astonished to be drawn nearer by a messenger sent by one of the said state officials," Justice Mrima expressed.
Likewise, the messenger cautioned that the Judge would be managed if he didn't notice to the notice.
Equity Mrima further expressed that it was not whenever he first was getting such dangers or confronting genuine demonstrations of assaults.
On Thursday, the Judge condemned Kinoti to jail for scorn of court.
The court viewed him to be liable of hatred in the wake of neglecting to return a gun seized from finance manager and official confident, Jimi Wanjigi.
The Judge requested Kinoti to give up to jail specialists inside seven days to start his sentence.
Mrima coordinated Inspector General of Police, Hillary Mutyambai, to authorize the mandate.
