Delegate President William Ruto has consoled those in government who are supporting his State House bid that the times of terrorizing will end after President Uhuru Kenyatta resigns one year from now.

Talking at an occasion on Friday evening, the DP said state hardware had been released on government workers and lawmakers who have transparently agreed with him in what he noticed had procured him "a voting public of quiet allies" standing by to come out at the perfect opportunity.
