Police Officer Kills His Senior and Escapes With a Loaded Gun in Naivasha

An alcoholic junior cop on Christmas day shot dead his senior in Mai Mahiu, Naivasha and got away with a stacked weapon following a contention.

The corporal shot dead the sergeant in Utheri wa Lari police post in Kedong farm in the wake of returning back intoxicated on Saturday evening.

The episode comes scarcely a month later a lesser cop shot dead six individuals in Kabete Nairobi prior to turning the weapon against himself.

As per an observer in the camp, the official in control had permitted the officials to leave with an order that they return by 6pm.

"The official anyway returned around 10pm completely smashed and the perished erupted at him before he withdrew to his home where he took a weapon," he said.

He added that the official previously shot in the air multiple times and when the senior came out to enquire what was happening, he was shot multiple times.

"The senior official passed on the spot as the suspect went to one more official who figured out how to avoid utilizing the front of haziness," he said.
