Appointee President William Ruto has named previous Prime Minister Raila Odinga as a manikin competitor, who is being constrained by very rich people from the Mt Kenya area.
Talking in Bungoma County on Friday, Ruto said Raila is a state project and is being constrained by approximately couple of very rich people from Mt Kenya.
