Iran Urges Biden to Bring US Back to Nuclear Agreement

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has called on US President-elect Joe Biden to repatriate the nation in a nuclear deal signed in 2015, between Iran and Western powers. 

President Donald Trump removed the United States from the agreement in 2018 and imposed severe economic sanctions on Tehran. 

In addition to Iran, several nations around the world have sent congratulatory messages to President-elect Biden, of the Democratic Party following his November 3 election victory. 

Many world leaders have expressed their hope to work with Biden for unity and cooperation, after four years of President Trump's tyrannical policies. 

Although Trump has refused to accept the election results, many world leaders have backed the announcement of Biden and his running mate Kamala Harris.
