Talking during a meeting, Chitembwe noticed that the video, which circulated around the web, was altered by the previous lead representative to outline him.
As per Chitembwe, Sonko had the option to get to him effectively since they were family members and both experienced childhood in Kwale and that is the reason he had the option to record him.
"I have known Sonko and his dad for a really long time. Sonko's auntie, the senior sister to his mum, was hitched to my late cousin.
"Sonko calls me uncle and obviously he would go to my place albeit not often," the adjudicator expressed.
On Tuesday, Sonko delivered a video recording of a gathering between the Judge's supposed sibling requesting and getting a pay off for the benefit of the Judge.
